Q: Why can't I log into my account?
A: Please make sure you are logging in with the email you used to make the purchase. That is also the email we sent the order confirmation to!
Q: Why does my order still say Unfulfilled?
A: Our system only allows 2 statuses its either "Fulfilled" or "Unfulfilled" so if we are still working on your order then the status will still be "Unfulfilled"
Q: Are there more details on my order?
A: Yes! If you log into your dashboard and click on the order # on the left hand side you will be able to see more details about your order including a rough ETA
Q: My card was charged but the order did not go through and it appears on my transaction statement with my bank/credit card. I never got an order confirmation what do I do?
A: If you did not receive an order confirmation in your email that means that the order did not go through and the charges on your card are only and "authorization" and will drop off in 24-72 hours depending on your bank. This is similar to the authorization for the deposit you put down when you stay at a hotel which will be dropped off after your stay as long as there are no incidentals!
