Q: Why does my order still say Unfulfilled?
A: Our system only allows 2 statuses its either "Fulfilled" or "Unfulfilled" so if we are still working on your order then the status will still be "Unfulfilled"
Q: Are there more details on my order?
A: Yes! If you log into your dashboard and click on the order # on the left hand side you will be able to see more details about your order including a rough ETA
